CristinLong before becoming one of Madrid’s most renowned food entrepreneurs, Cristina Oria made a decision that would completely change the course of her professional career. She studied Business Administration and, after working in strategic consulting, decided in 2008 to pursue her passion for gastronomy by studying at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. A year later, together with her husband, Álvaro Corsini, she launched the project that now bears her name.

Today, Cristina Oria has three locations: two in Madrid’s Salamanca district and a third at Las Rozas Village, all built around the same concept: restaurants with an integrated shop. This unique format allows guests to enjoy high-quality cuisine while discovering and purchasing a carefully curated selection of tableware, glassware, linens, gourmet products and home décor. The concept also operates on a non-stop basis, with a full menu available throughout the day.

At the heart of the culinary offering is Cristina Oria’s own estate in Morata de Tajuña, southeast of the Community of Madrid. Here, the team grows olive trees, fruit trees and vegetables, keeps its own beehives and tends a flower garden that brings freshness and colour to the restaurants’ décor. The estate supplies olive oil, honey and many of the seasonal vegetables featured across the menu: tomatoes for gazpachos, salmorejos and tartares; lettuce for salads; and courgettes for soups and creams.

Cristina Oria is synonymous with a product-driven cuisine with a distinctive French influence, inherited from her time at Le Cordon Bleu. One of its signature products is the homemade foie mi-cuit. The duck liver comes from one of France’s finest farms and is prepared in the brand’s own workshop in Madrid. The quality of the ingredients is a top priority, something that is evident in every dish.

Beyond the food itself, Cristina Oria offers a complete experience. Everything that forms part of the experience can also be purchased in its shops, from tableware and glassware to gourmet products. Restaurant and shop come together under one shared philosophy: bringing together gastronomy, design and a carefully curated lifestyle experience.
